The Cabin Fallacy: Why Distance Kills Efficacy

The Biological Verdict: Red light therapy cabins may look impressive, but they are often weak as true treatment formats. In photobiomodulation, there is an optimal treatment range. Too little energy may be insufficient, while too much energy may reduce the desired biological response. This is often described as a biphasic response. The goal is not to flood the body with light, but to deliver the correct dose in a controlled and consistent way.
