1. Start with the treatments you want.
Write down your main goal and any additional applications you would like the same device to support. Across the range, Celluma offers programmes for Acne, Wrinkles, Aches & Pain, Hair and Contour. Each model has its own combination. Having red LEDs does not, by itself, tell you which treatments a device provides.
For a first comparison, use the programme names below. If you want wrinkles and pain applications, a focused two-mode option may cover your needs. If acne or body contouring is also a priority, choose a model with that dedicated programme from the outset.
2. Compare the programmes side by side.
This selection shows the differences between several popular formats in the Celluma Asia range. Use it to identify the programmes you need, then open the full device directory to compare the remaining options and treatment coverage. “Hair” means the device includes a dedicated hair programme; it should not be assumed from the presence of red light alone.
| Celluma model | Treatment programmes |
|---|---|
| HOME II | Wrinkles; Aches & Pain |
| PRO II | Acne; Wrinkles; Aches & Pain |
| PRO Plus+ | Acne; Wrinkles; Aches & Pain; Contour |
| NOVA | Acne; Wrinkles; Aches & Pain; Hair; Contour |
| RESTORE — original | Acne; Wrinkles; Hair |
| RESTORE II | Wrinkles; Aches & Pain; Hair |
| MYSTIQUE | Acne; Wrinkles; Hair; Acne + Hair; Wrinkles + Hair |
3. Check the generation and programme count.
RESTORE is a useful example of why the full name matters. Original RESTORE includes Acne, Wrinkles and Hair. RESTORE II retains Wrinkles and Hair and replaces Acne with Aches & Pain. Choose the generation that matches your additional treatment goal.
MYSTIQUE makes another distinction clear: it has five programmes across three treatment areas. Its combined Acne + Hair and Wrinkles + Hair options bring facial and scalp routines together. NOVA’s five modes cover five treatment areas, including Pain and Contour. The same programme count can therefore describe quite different choices.
4. Match the coverage to your treatment area.
Picture the areas you plan to treat. A facial routine, a targeted body area and a larger treatment area create different practical needs. Compare the illuminated treatment area and the intended positioning, as well as the overall product dimensions. They answer different questions: where the light reaches and where the device fits.
Next, think through setup and storage. Will you place a panel on a treatment bed, arrange a support or wear a mask? Where will the power supply sit? If you will move the device between rooms, include handling and charging in the comparison. These details help you choose a format that feels convenient from the first session.
5. Match the device to home or professional use.
At home, start with the routine you can comfortably repeat: where you will sit, how you will position the device and when treatment fits your day. A device with the right programmes and a manageable setup can serve you better than choosing by the longest feature list.
For a clinic, spa or wellness practice, consider the treatment-room workflow. Review how staff will select the programme, position the client, clean the device and prepare for the next appointment. Ask about training and ongoing product support as part of the purchase conversation. Clear operating procedures help your team deliver a consistent experience.
6. Look for science, ease of use and support.
A useful product comparison includes the documented treatment applications, regulatory status and current user instructions. Celluma product pages identify the FDA-cleared applications of each model. Check the information relevant to the model and location you are considering.
Pre-programmed modes also matter: you select the treatment goal and the device runs its designed programme. This makes correct use easier to repeat. For ownership support, Celluma Asia publishes a two-year standard warranty against qualifying defects; review the included cover and local service arrangements for your chosen package.
Tell our team your treatment goals, the areas you want to cover and where you plan to use the device. We can help you compare suitable models and explain the setup, training and support that come with your choice.
