Both sets have a two-year warranty. The difference is how a fault is resolved, where service takes place and who pays the shipping costs.
International Set · Two-year International Warranty
The International Set includes a two-year International Warranty, with claims handled directly by Celluma Asia in Singapore. Your coverage continues even if you relocate outside Singapore, for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Direct replacement for eligible faults
We replace the affected component rather than repair its individual parts. For example:
LED panel: If even one treatment LED develops an eligible fault, we replace the entire affected panel with a new panel.
Battery: If the battery develops an eligible fault, we replace the complete battery unit.
A panel replacement does not include the controller unless the controller also has an eligible fault.
This approach helps minimise downtime and gives you a replacement component, with support coordinated by our Singapore team.
All claims are subject to assessment and approval. Accidental damage, misuse and damage caused by pets are excluded.
U.S. Set · Two-year U.S. Manufacturer’s Warranty
The device must be returned to the United States for warranty servicing. Air freight to and from the United States, together with freight insurance, is payable by the customer.
Customs duties and import charges
Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges levied are payable by the customer. These charges are separate from warranty coverage.

We continue to walk this journey with you throughout the life of your device, providing guidance and support even beyond the warranty period. Repairs or replacement parts outside warranty may be chargeable; our team will explain the options first.

How is DELUX II different from CONTOUR SYSTEM II?+
DELUX II uses one full-body flexible treatment surface. CONTOUR SYSTEM II uses three separate flexible panels that can be arranged across selected areas. Both provide Acne, Wrinkles, Pain and Body Contouring programmes.
Why do many Celluma treatments take 30 minutes?+
Treatment time is part of the light dose. A programmed session combines the device’s light output with a defined duration to deliver the intended treatment. Many Celluma programmes use 30 minutes; use the session length and schedule specified in your model’s current manual. Longer sessions are not a shortcut to better results.
